Google's thresholds for a good experience, measured at the 75th percentile of real visits: Largest Contentful Paint under 2.5 seconds, Interaction to Next Paint under 200 milliseconds and Cumulative Layout Shift under 0.1. We work from Chrome UX Report and Search Console field data, because that is what Google uses, and use Lighthouse lab tests to find the causes.

No. Lab scores move between test runs, and a store's speed also depends on its apps, images and the content your team adds. We commit to a fixed scope of fixes and show before-and-after measurements, not a number we cannot control. For reference, real-user data for Kampeerwinkel Roermond, a Shopify store we built, shows LCP 2.2 s on mobile and 2.4 s on desktop with CLS 0.03, and desktop passes Core Web Vitals (Chrome UX Report, 28 days to 8 Oct 2026).

The audit takes the first week and the fixed-price plan follows in the second. The time for the fixes depends on what the audit finds and is written into the quote. If the store needs a new theme, a typical build goes live in 6–8 weeks.

Not if it is done in order. We list what every app loads, check which features you still use and test removals on a duplicate theme first. Some app features are better rebuilt in theme code; others stay because they earn their place. Nothing changes on your live store until you approve it in a weekly demo.
