01The challenge

The problem we were hired to solve

The primary challenge in high-tier Webflow development is translating intricate design files into a live environment without sacrificing visual integrity, load speed, or responsiveness.

Flow Storage rents secure container units, plus caravan and boat storage, just outside Roermond, and it sells on trust: clean, dry, alarmed and flexible. The new brand arrived as a detailed, high-fidelity Figma design with logo-shaped image masks, two-tone headlines and layered cards, and it had to go live without losing any of that polish.

Furthermore, Flow Storage needed a robust back-end system that empowered their internal team to update dynamic content effortlessly, without needing to touch the core code, and a site capable of capturing leads and scaling alongside their business needs.

Constraints

  • 1:1 Figma fidelity
  • Fast on every breakpoint
  • Editable without code
  • Lead capture

02Approach

The solution & execution

Akib led the end-to-end development of the website, using Webflow's advanced capabilities to engineer a seamless, dynamic and highly functional platform.

We treated the Figma file as the contract. Every type style, spacing value and interaction was rebuilt 1:1 in Webflow, then checked at every breakpoint, from ultra-wide monitors down to phones.

Alongside the visual build, we mapped the content the team would actually change, such as use-case pages and customer reviews, into a CMS structure shaped around how they work. We also planned the lead journey end to end: clear calls to action, a direct line to a named person and a form that asks the right questions up front.

  1. 01

    Pixel-Perfect Figma Conversion

Meticulously translated the approved Figma designs into a live Webflow environment. We ensured that every interaction, typography choice, and spacing metric was a flawless 1:1 match with the original creative vision.

  2. 02

    Custom CMS Integration

Engineered a fully dynamic Content Management System (CMS). This custom architecture allows the Flow Storage team to intuitively manage updates, publish new pages, and scale their content strategy with zero developer friction.

  3. 03

    Advanced Custom Form Integration

Developed and integrated bespoke forms designed to streamline user inquiries and data capture. This ensured a frictionless UX for potential clients while seamlessly routing leads to the client's internal systems.

  4. 04

    Fully Responsive & Dynamic Architecture

Built the entire platform to be fluid and fully responsive across all breakpoints. The site adapts flawlessly from ultra-wide desktop monitors to mobile devices, maintaining dynamic content delivery and fast load speeds across the board.

03What we built

Six features that turn visits into enquiries

The result is a fully dynamic Webflow platform. A CMS collection powers a family of use-case landing pages (moving house, renovating, travelling, seasonal items, lack of space and moving in together), all from one template and listed automatically in the navigation. Customer reviews flow from the CMS into a swipeable slider beside the Google rating, a three-step tabbed journey explains how renting works, and the contact form captures complete enquiries, including whether they are private or business.

01/ 06 Design system

A pixel-perfect Figma-to-Webflow build

The problem

The approved design was intricate: photography cut into the lightning-bolt logo, two-tone headlines, a bold price roundel and layered dark cards. Designs like this usually lose fidelity, speed or responsiveness on the way to a live site.

What we built

Every interaction, type style and spacing value was matched 1:1 to the approved Figma file. The hero shows how far that goes: the bolt-shaped image mask, the white and sage two-tone headline, the orange "per dag" price roundel and the USP cards are all built natively in Webflow, not flattened into images.

  1. Logo-shaped image mask, built natively
  2. Price roundel from the design system
  3. Two-tone display headline, 1:1 with Figma

02/ 06 CMS

Use-case pages, powered by the CMS

The problem

People rent storage for very different reasons. The team needed a page for each situation, and the freedom to add more without a developer.

What we built

A Webflow CMS collection powers a page for each situation: moving house, renovating, travelling, lack of space, seasonal items and moving in together. All six come from one template, and the navigation lists them automatically, so a new page appears in the menu as soon as the team publishes it.

  1. Menu links pulled live from the CMS
  2. Core storage services
  3. One template, a page per use case

03/ 06 Lead capture

A contact page built to capture complete leads

The problem

Storage is booked through a conversation and a site visit, so enquiries need to arrive complete and reach the right person, for private and business customers alike.

What we built

The contact page pairs a named contact and a one-tap call button with an enquiry form: name, email, a phone number with a +31 country selector, a message and a "Zakelijk klant?" business-customer checkbox, so every lead arrives ready to route. The form runs on an embedded form builder, styled to the brand.

  1. Named contact with a one-tap call button
  2. Phone field with +31 country prefix
  3. Business-customer flag for lead routing

04/ 06 Responsive

A mobile menu that keeps every option in reach

The problem

Most local storage searches happen on a phone, so the full menu, including every storage type and use case, has to work on a small screen.

What we built

On phones the header switches to a light bar, and the menu opens full screen. "Opslagmogelijkheden" expands in place to show the three storage services and the CMS use-case pages, with large, centred tap targets.

  1. Expandable storage-options group
  2. CMS use-case links on mobile too
  3. Large, centred tap targets

05/ 06 Journey

An interactive three-step rental journey

The problem

First-time renters don't know how hiring a container works, and that uncertainty slows enquiries down.

What we built

A tabbed "Hoe we te werk gaan" block walks visitors through a call or meeting, a guided tour and the contract, with "Ga naar stap" buttons and a sage contact strip with phone and email underneath. The same block is reused on the use-case pages.

  1. Tabbed steps: contact, tour, contract
  2. Step-by-step "next step" buttons
  3. Direct phone and email at every step

06/ 06 Social proof

Reviews the team updates itself

The problem

Handing over your belongings or caravan takes trust, so social proof has to be visible on every key page and easy to keep current.

What we built

Customer reviews live in a CMS collection and render into a swipeable slider next to the Google rating, reused across service and use-case pages, so fresh reviews go live without a developer.

  1. Google rating badge
  2. Slider controls
  3. Review cards fed by the CMS

The impact

Designed for Qualified leads

The result is a visually striking, high-performing Webflow site that perfectly encapsulates the Flow Storage brand.

By combining a flawless Figma translation with a powerful CMS and custom lead-capture logic, the new platform serves as both a premium digital brochure and an efficient, scalable growth engine.

The team runs content through the CMS with zero developer friction, so new use-case pages and fresh reviews go live on their schedule, and every page leads naturally to a call, a visit or an enquiry.

  • A premium digital brochure
  • A CMS the team runs itself
  • Every page leads to an enquiry
